The Ornbaun offers notes of chocolate, boysenberry, licorice, black cherry, fennel and spice. The nose has aromas of dark stone fruit, floral spice and fresh white pepper with a core of ripe red plums. The flavors are seductive with wild berry fruits with black cherries and mocha notes with hints of Carpaccio. The structure has terrific balance with firm tannins making for a long and consistent finish.
Blend: 80% Syrah, 16% Zinfandel, 4% Viognier.
