The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate, aged 20 months in 80% new French oak, this is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, but is a smaller cuvée of only 524 cases. The wine has plenty of cedary, Christmas fruitcake notes intermixed with licorice, blackcurrants, dusty/earthy undertones and a touch of backgroun.
