The wine is aged for 3 years in large casks and bottled without filtration. Strawberry, damson and rose, flint, tarragon, raw maple, lovely nose. An elemental wine, deep and nuanced with iron, earth and cedar embracing ripe dark blackberry and cherry fruit. A lovely texture with fine mature tannins.
