Saracina is a 620 acre ranch where grapes are grown both organically and biodynamically. It offers a beguiling nose of violet, sweet white pepper, black raspberry, star anise and mocha. The palate is all about varietal character with ripe fruit, spice and pitch-perfect balance. The raspberry and blackberry fruit is beautifully lifted by the pepper spice note, giving way to a persistent finish of chocolately ripeness and smooth tannins.
